We collect what it takes to make a piece and get it to you, and nothing else. There are no accounts and no advertising trackers on this site.

This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). It explains what we do with your personal data when you buy from us or contact us.

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, destination country, and the details of what you bought. The phone number goes to the courier because international carriers require a contact number for delivery and customs clearance.
We never see or store your card details. Payment happens on PayPal's systems, and what comes back to us is a payment confirmation and an order identifier.
If you join our mailing list, we hold your email address for that purpose alone, until you unsubscribe.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party cookies. Our traffic measurement is cookieless and aggregate: it tells us how many people viewed a page, not who they were.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an order or sign up, and for the specified purposes of: making and dispatching your order; clearing it through customs; issuing the export invoice and keeping the tax records Indian law requires us to keep; handling returns, refunds, and support; and, if you asked for it, sending you our newsletter.
Only the processors it takes to complete your order, and only the data each one needs:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Because we ship internationally, completing an order necessarily involves transferring your data outside India — to the destination country's customs authority and to the processors above. Order and invoice records are kept for at least six years, because Indian tax and customs law requires us to be able to produce them. Support correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed and any return window has passed.

To exercise any of these, write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@kugelblitz.in. Withdrawing consent doesn't undo processing we already did lawfully, and it may mean we can't complete an order in progress.
If we haven't resolved your grievance to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This shop is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process the personal data of a child. If you believe we have, write to the Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and we keep order data to the minimum that fulfilment and tax law require. No system is perfectly secure, but there is a limit to what can be exposed here: we hold no passwords, no accounts, and no card numbers.
