If a piece isn't right, send it back within a fortnight. If it arrived faulty, that's on us entirely.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Write to [pending: support email] with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — parcels sent without instructions can get stuck in Indian customs.
The piece needs to come back unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging, with the assay documentation it shipped with. Normal handling is fine; visible wear, scratches, resizing, or alteration by another jeweler are not.
Pierced earrings cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, for hygiene reasons — this is standard across the trade and applies whether or not they have been worn. Bespoke and engraved commissions are made for one person and can't be resold, so they are final sale. Both of these exceptions fall away entirely if the item is faulty.
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what the listing described, tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph. We pay the return shipping and either remake the piece or refund it in full, including the original freight — your choice.
For a change of mind, you do, and we recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us, the parcel is your risk. For anything faulty or misdescribed, we do.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece reaching our workshop and passing inspection. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank or PayPal.
One thing we cannot refund: import duties or taxes you paid to your own customs authority, because that money never came to us. Most countries will refund duty on a re-exported item — ask your customs office, and we'll supply whatever paperwork they need.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, it wins.
