Every piece is made and dispatched from our workshop in Delhi, India, and sent by DHL Express with tracking. We ship worldwide.
Pieces are made to order. Allow 2–4 business days on the bench before dispatch, then 6–10 business days in transit to the United States and Europe. You'll get a tracking number by email the day it leaves us.
Nothing extra. Freight is a line in the Open Ledger on every product — you can see exactly what we paid to get the piece to you, and it's already inside the price you pay. There is no shipping charge added at checkout.
We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). That means your country's customs may charge import duty, VAT, or a handling fee when the parcel arrives, and those are paid by you, not by us. We do not collect them and we cannot waive them.
We would rather tell you this before you pay than surprise you at the door, so the estimated duty appears on the product page next to the price. For the United States that estimate is currently about 15% of the item value. It is an estimate, not a quote: published rates change, and the final figure is set by your customs authority, not by us.
Refusing a parcel to avoid duties is treated as a return, and the return terms below apply.
Our exports are zero-rated under an Indian Letter of Undertaking. Every export invoice we issue carries the statutory declaration: SUPPLY MEANT FOR EXPORT UNDER LUT WITHOUT PAYMENT OF IGST. You do not pay Indian GST on an export order.
If a parcel is delayed well past its window, arrives damaged, or is lost, write to us with your order number and we will chase the carrier and make it right. Tell us within 30 days of the dispatch date so the claim is still open with DHL Express.
